Getting started
Your care starts here.
Use insurance to check and book through Headway, or request self-pay care directly with the practice.
Texas telehealth · El Paso office appointments
Choose how you'd like to start
Two separate booking paths: Insurance coverage and appointments are handled on Headway, an external platform with its own privacy practices. Self-pay requests go to Her Mind & Wellness for staff review; sending a request does not reserve an appointment. Care currently serves adults physically in Texas for telehealth, or visiting our El Paso office for in-person care. How your information is handled.
How have you been feeling lately?
A 2-minute mood or anxiety self-check with instant results. Your answers and scores stay in this browser tab, aren't saved, and aren't sent to the practice or advertisers.
Your question will appear here.
Thank you for checking in.
Here is what your responses may suggest. This is a screening, not a diagnosis.

Understanding your next step
You can start with what has changed.
You do not need a diagnosis before seeking care. An evaluation is a chance to understand your experience and consider your options.
- Noticeable changes in mood, worry, sleep, or energy.
- Difficulty concentrating, keeping up, or enjoying daily life.
- Questions about treatment or whether psychiatric care may fit.
Discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals with Elizabeth. Recommendations depend on your individual evaluation.
These examples are educational, not a diagnosis.

Who can use Texas telehealth?
Adults who are physically located in Texas at the time of their visit. The practice will confirm eligibility and the meeting method.
What happens at the first visit?
An initial self-pay visit is 60 minutes and $175. You and Elizabeth discuss your history, concerns, and goals, then consider a treatment plan.
Can I use insurance or self-pay?
Choose Self-pay for clear practice prices on this website. Choose Insurance to go directly to Elizabeth’s Headway profile for coverage, costs, and appointment options.
Can I start with a free consultation?
Yes. A free 15-minute consultation is a short introduction to the practice, not a full psychiatric evaluation. Request your consultation; the practice will confirm the next steps.
