> Her Mind & Wellness, PLLC provides adult psychiatric care with Elizabeth Ghadimi, PMHNP-BC. In-person visits in El Paso, Texas, and telehealth when the patient is physically located in Texas.

Elizabeth is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Care is women-centered, LGBTQ+ affirming, and welcoming to all adults, in English and Tagalog. Visits are by confirmed appointment. Insurance booking and plan verification use Elizabeth’s Headway profile. Direct self-pay is $175 for an initial 60-minute evaluation and $95 for a 30-minute follow-up. A free 15-minute consultation is an introduction, rather than a diagnostic or prescribing visit.
