Getting started

## Your care starts here.

Use insurance to check and book through Headway, or request self-pay care directly with the practice.

Texas telehealth · El Paso office appointments

Choose how you'd like to start

[ Using insurance Check coverage & book Book ↗ Continue to Headway for coverage details and available appointments. ](https://care.headway.co/providers/elizabeth-ghadimi) Self-pay · With the practice Request self-pay care Request → $175 initial · $95 follow-up. The practice confirms appointments.

Two separate booking paths: Insurance coverage and appointments are handled on Headway, an external platform with its own privacy practices. Self-pay requests go to Her Mind & Wellness for staff review; sending a request does not reserve an appointment. Care currently serves adults physically in Texas for telehealth, or visiting our El Paso office for in-person care. [How your information is handled](https://www.hermindandwellness.com/privacy).

Before you begin

## Your questions, with clear answers.

Practical answers before your first appointment.

Can I use my insurance?

Yes. [Use Elizabeth’s Headway profile](https://care.headway.co/providers/elizabeth-ghadimi) to check coverage, estimated costs, and appointment options. Headway is a separate booking and insurance platform; its privacy practices apply when you continue there. Your costs depend on your specific plan. The practice’s direct self-pay request form is separate from Headway.

What does self-pay cost?

An initial evaluation is 60 minutes and $175. A follow-up is 30 minutes and $95. Send a self-pay request directly to the practice. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

What is the free consultation?

A free 15-minute consultation is a short introduction to the practice and a chance to ask about next steps. It is not a full psychiatric evaluation or a prescribing visit. [Request a consultation](https://www.hermindandwellness.com/?care=consultation&visit=telehealth#consultation-form); the practice will confirm the next steps.

Where can I meet with Elizabeth?

In person at 1200 Golden Key Circle, Suite 121, El Paso, or through telehealth when you are physically in Texas. Care is for adults, by confirmed appointment.

Do you provide gender-affirming hormone therapy?

No. Her Mind & Wellness does not provide gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT), including prescribing or managing hormones for gender transition. LGBTQ+ adults are welcome for psychiatric evaluations and other mental health services offered by the practice.

Will I automatically receive a prescription?

No. The first visit is an evaluation and conversation. Treatment recommendations depend on your needs, history, and clinical assessment. Medication may be one option.
